Name, email address, phone number and physical / postal address; company name and registration details; identity number and tax reference numbers; financial information necessary for bookkeeping, tax or compliance work; and limited cookie / analytics data from this website.

To deliver the accounting, tax, payroll and advisory services you have engaged us for; to meet our regulatory obligations as registered tax practitioners; and to communicate with you about your engagement.

Your information is stored securely on access-controlled cloud platforms and, where relevant, in our practice management software. We retain records for a minimum of five years in line with South African tax and accounting legislation.
